CASE STUDY 01

Digital Presence Project

Clearer Digital Presence. Stronger First Impression.

Digital Presence Project

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved rethinking how an organization presents itself digitally—starting from the core message, through to visual design, content hierarchy, and technical performance. The goal was to create a website that works as a genuine business tool rather than a placeholder.

THE CHALLENGE

Understanding the Problem Before Building.

The organization had a web presence that no longer reflected its current positioning, services, or capabilities. Visitors were leaving without a clear understanding of what the business offered or how to take the next step.

KEY FRICTION POINTS
Visual identity did not match the quality of the services offered
Content structure made it difficult for visitors to find relevant information
The existing site was slow on mobile and underperforming in search
No clear path from landing to contact or inquiry
THE OBJECTIVE

Clear Goals and Deliverables.

Build a website that communicates the organization's positioning clearly, loads fast across all devices, and gives content editors the ability to update information without technical assistance.

GOAL 01

Establish a clear visual identity consistent with brand values

GOAL 02

Improve page performance across mobile and desktop

GOAL 03

Create intuitive content hierarchy for visitors

GOAL 04

Enable non-technical content editing through a managed CMS

OUR APPROACH

Structured Execution from Discovery to Handover.

We began with a discovery phase to understand the business goals, target audience, and existing content. From there, we moved through information architecture, design, development, and CMS integration—with regular checkpoints throughout.

STEP 01

Discovery

Defined goals, audience segments, and core messaging before any design decisions.

STEP 02

Architecture

Structured pages and content flow to reduce friction and guide visitors naturally.

STEP 03

Design

Created a visual system grounded in the brand with clear hierarchy and purposeful whitespace.

STEP 04

Development

Built on Next.js with static generation for performance and CMS integration for editorial control.

EXPERIENCE & DESIGN

Designed to Communicate, Not Just Exist.

The design prioritizes reading experience, information clarity, and mobile performance. Every visual decision was made to help visitors understand the organization and take action—not to add visual complexity.
