Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Client-provided materials, trademarks, logos, content, and other assets remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Subject to full payment and the applicable project agreement, ownership or usage rights for specifically commissioned project deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client as agreed.

Varendra Technologies may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, development methods, know-how, libraries, templates, and other underlying technology unless specifically assigned in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, APIs, fonts, images, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Our projects may use third-party platforms, software, APIs, hosting providers, CMS platforms, payment services, plugins, or other technologies.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies. Varendra Technologies cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability, pricing, features, security, or continued operation of third-party platforms.

We understand that clients may share confidential business, technical, or project information with us. We will take reasonable steps to treat confidential information appropriately and will not intentionally disclose confidential client information except where disclosure is authorized, necessary to provide the services, required by law, or otherwise permitted under an applicable agreement. Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement exists, that agreement will govern confidential information covered by it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Varendra Technologies may showcase completed work, project descriptions, or publicly available client materials in its portfolio, website, presentations, or case studies for promotional purposes. If a project contains confidential information or the client has requested that the work not be publicly displayed, we will respect the applicable written agreement or request.

We aim to provide professional and reliable technology services. However, unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee that:

• Software will always be completely free from bugs or errors
• Third-party services will always remain available
